Take care of yourself and the planet

We are fortunate to operate in a privileged environment, and we want it to remain so, even when we are not there. Therefore, to take care of our surroundings, we carry out sustainable and efficient resource management, seeking the socioeconomic benefit of the community that welcomes us.

  • Ecological products

    To keep our facilities in good condition and fulfil our purpose of caring for people and the planet, we use top-quality, ecological, and biodegradable cleaning products.

  • Renewable energy

    Whenever possible, we prioritise the contracting of energy supplies
    from renewable sources. Likewise, we incorporate our solar energy installations that help us reduce the consumption of other energy sources.

  • Agreement with the Foresta Foundation

    We support this local foundation to help recover and preserve the Canary Islands forests, raise awareness and initiatives such as donating € 0.20 for each towel wash that we avoid. And we'll continue generating opportunities for involvement.

  • Water sources

    We decided to eliminate plastic bottles from our hotel, so if you want to drink water, you must recharge your reusable bottle in one of the multiple sources of filtered water located at the hotel.

  • Digitalisation

    To minimise the use of paper within the hotel, we have digitised our processes and installed screens in the Welcome Lobby from which you can check-in and out.

  • Certifications

    To contribute to the well-being of the planet and the communities in which we operate, we work on evaluating, managing, and improving our environmental impact to obtain the best certifications.
